The people here have made Novus a genuinely positive experience for me. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth, especially with the company being on the "smaller" side. Even entry-level roles can quickly contribute in meaningful ways. I appreciate Novus' willingness to empower employees to progress and learn in areas that match their ultimate career goals. Novus has a very generous benefits package and in my experience authentically strives to be considerate towards employees.

Cons

Certain teams have been understaffed since the company split, and I noticed it took a toll on work/life balance for some. I believe we are back to a comfortable place thanks to our steady headcount increase over the last year.
