Pros
Novus is the most dynamic, stimulating and fast-paced workplace I've ever experienced. It's been seven months since I've joined the company, and I'm still excited to come into work every day. You see how passionate your coworkers are about their work and you can't help but feed off their energy and feel that you're part of a tightly-knit family working towards a single goal. During the short time I've been here, I've also witnessed the tremendous potential for growth there is for every employee who puts in the effort. People here take their jobs very seriously but also value the fun-loving and down-to-earth aspects of an excellent work culture (we know how to have a good time with each other in and out of the office)!
Cons
I really can't think of any major cons about working at Novus. Some may initially find the high-energy environment overwhelming, but if you're someone who wants to learn and grow besides some of the sharpest minds you may ever encounter, Novus is definitely a place you want to know about.
