- friendly and open culture, close knit team - growing company and interesting work - career development is a major focus and priority for managers - freedom to take on a lot of responsibilities and wear a lot of hats - great environment to learn a tremendous amount from very talented people

Cons

- the ambition to get a lot done doesn't always match a realistic timeline of project deadlines - road maps need to be revised and more accurate so we don't stretch our resources too thin
