It is an expanding business that has many elements and opportunities to help advance careers and explore different avenues of interest. The company still has a startup culture and mentality; it will allow you to choose the path you want to create. The people are extremely talented and incredible to work with. It is a young company with employees that are driven to succeed and a management that empowers their employees. It is a great place to work.
Cons
The company recently went to a more flat corporate structure. We have been producing more and at a faster rate. The only issue with the flat structure is there is not a clear plan to help with employees that want to move laterally in the company. Also, some teams are operating very lean which can make it difficult to move to a different area of the business.
