Pros

Proven record as a successful startup; Proven record of overcoming difficulties by making hard decisions and undergoing structural changes; Lots of hard-working talented young people(including the CEO); Lots of wonderful opportunities for professional and career growth; Newly started innovation initiatives brings new life to product development;

Cons

Compatibility between BUD and other hubs could be better, the Budapest team could be more proactive and inclusive with the other offices in their communication, and vice versa. At times it could be high speed, high demand and lots of changes, as with all startups. Some processes are not in a well-refined state yet.

Pros

Great business outlook, people are generally nice and great to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced founders that don't know what they're asking for, and who keep changing priorities. The CRO/President of GTM is toxic and it is recommended to stay away. He is the de facto CEO of the company.
