- the interview process with the leadership team was structured, insightful, and highly respectful, showcasing a genuine interest in understanding candidate's strengths and aligning them with the company's goals. - the pre-onboarding experience was smooth and informative, with clear communication from People team and line manager, and useful resources provided at every step. - The onboarding process was comprehensive and well-organized, making it easy to integrate into the company culture product process and systems. - everyone, that I interacted/worked with, shown genuine belief & enthusiasm in what they are doing, and the true potential of the company

Cons

nothing significant to highlight so far. If I have to pick one, perhaps there could probably be a challenge in maintaining these high standards in the future as the company scales-up with speed,

Pros

Great business outlook, people are generally nice and great to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced founders that don't know what they're asking for, and who keep changing priorities. The CRO/President of GTM is toxic and it is recommended to stay away. He is the de facto CEO of the company.
