Pros

They rolled out Project Access at the start of 2023. If you can meet their quota for completed evaluations, you get a commission based on the tier you met. I believe I typically met tier 1s and received $100 pre-tax per clinic ( I manage 2). They have always had it where you can get a bonus of $50 per meeting scheduling and per meeting payment collection Have to meet 80% for scheduling and 90% for collecting copays or coinsurance payments for the month. This is only based on one clinic. You can search by name and DOB in one part of their EMR system ( referral tracking section), but can find patients and their contacts by phone number via another section of EMR.. Will definitely learn about the ins and outs of insurance, but outsources VOB and Auth to Infinx.

Cons

They are still figuring out the best ways for things, thus procedures update. We had a major update to our Plan of Care procedure. Still waiting if there will be any future updates. Due to this, it can be hard to keep up with the job (having to update your own notes or if you don't have notes piecing together the procedure from a couple of different PDFs) Every quarter there is training. A good part of it is stuff that is assigned quarterly or annually. They are overly cautious or at least the parent company Benchmark PT is. They want us to have a patient sign both their check and our system-generated receipt from processing the check via our POS TSYS.

Depending on clinic, great co workers Depending on clinic, great patient interactions They will take you in with no experience in healthcare and teach you from the ground up

Cons

Pay is low Not a lot of grow opportunity with a pay increase Bonus team can take awhile to award bonus and if you leave before a pay period ends you don't receive the bonus you earned
