The patients, there’s nothing else worth it honestly

Cons

Pay is poor for the work expected and the amount of push back you get. Process are changing so often that management can’t keep up. Therapist are lazy and won’t help the office coordinator in any way, but will get upset when things are not being done to their liking. Will find any excuse to write you up or put you down for things not in your control. Violated multiple employment rights to the point of us having to get an attorney. No growth opportunities.

Depending on clinic, great co workers Depending on clinic, great patient interactions They will take you in with no experience in healthcare and teach you from the ground up

Cons

Pay is low Not a lot of grow opportunity with a pay increase Bonus team can take awhile to award bonus and if you leave before a pay period ends you don't receive the bonus you earned
