Cons
Worst management and culture especially within Contracts, Finance and HR teams, toxic overrated, micromanaging and insecure managers who only care about their benefits and show no interest in retaining talent or supporting junior staff and their growth. The moment you voice your opinion or recommendation, you are flagged and shown the door. It is such a shame that leadership empowers and enables this behavior. The parent company is interested in knowing what happens within this branch office but internal management use their proxy to hide policies, survey results and complaints. The company would rather use its resources to settle lawsuits than address these issues.
