      Treat employees very well; pay 100% premiums on insurance

      Not a lot of opportunities for advancement. They say they are, but in practice not so much. The pay is on the low end and paid time off is also low.

      Selsoc was a place where I felt that I had the support to succeed.

      Cons

      The ping pong table was purchased halfway through my time there, so I only had the opportunity to play during lunch 50% of the time.
