      Pros

      Work environment was pretty positive and easy going. Decent benefits, vacation, sick, etc.

      Cons

      Does not pay well and pay is not based on education or experience. Needs to promote from within to keep valuable employees. Once they realize you’re a good employee you’re given more responsibilities without the compensation. SLO county is expensive and the pay needs to match.

      Pros

      Selsoc was a place where I felt that I had the support to succeed.

      Cons

      The ping pong table was purchased halfway through my time there, so I only had the opportunity to play during lunch 50% of the time.
