Pros

-The firm provides robust infrastructure and services to its affiliated independent financial advisors, which seems to be the core strength of the business. - Nice office location in the Atlanta area. - Company paid outings to events and dinners.

Cons

-Despite public-facing messaging about a strong, supportive community, the day-to-day internal culture is challenging. There is a palpable feeling of exclusion that creates an overall toxic environment. The reliance on established networks stifles internal collaboration and open dialogue. -The company presents itself as diverse, but this diversity is largely surface-level and concentrated in entry-level or non-leadership roles. This creates an environment where people of color are visible but ultimately siloed. -The most significant issue is the stark lack of professional development and upward mobility for younger and minority employees. Promotions into senior management appear reserved almost exclusively for a select group, regardless of performance or tenure among other candidates. If you are not part of the established in-group, there is virtually no room for growth or career advancement, making this a poor place for those seeking a long-term opportunity. -The company has a severe lack of support for working parents. - The benefits package is significantly lacking, especially when compared to industry standards. This includes high costs for inadequate health coverage.
