Few projects are good. Fellow team mates are good and friendly.
Cons
No recognition of merit or your work. Hike happens once in 1.5 years and could be insulting for the effort you put in. Even if you are rated very high and have outstanding track record. Huge pay gap. They do not value employee, so, if you want to feel valued you should go elsewhere. Do not stay here for more than 2 years.
