literally no pros, you will be overworked

Cons

management doesnt care about you, pay isnt competitive, youre very replaceable no matter how well you perform, management lies constantly about pay and raises, they can cut down workers whenever they want, they try to save pennies on essential items needed to work every day. I can go on and on all day
