Pros
Very high chances of professional growth and development within the company. There's a lot of trust from the people up high coming your way if you do your job accordingly. There's a lot of flexibility with the shifts to work and you can also work remotely. Payments are on time and contracts are upheld correctly.
Cons
Some minor tasks that touch my area are not clear as to who should carry them out. Since it's a rather small company and hands are lacking, some internal processes may be delayed sometimes.
