Management does not treat operators like humans. You are not allowed to enter ovens if at above 40 Celsius but you are expected to work 12 hour shifts wearing thick boiler suit at excess of 50 Celsius in summer. Waiting 4 years for management to reply to "do you consider it to be safe", no may rise because "no money". No money because previous site director under investigation.. Again employes will be penalised for management fault.
