      Generally nice and helpful staff Parking

      Cons

      Two managers at each others necks, providing stress and low morale for the rest of the staff Unacceptable conduct in language used, nothing happens because it’s ’all just a South Afrikaans way’ so it’s just expected that it’s ‘okay’ because of that (?) Hierarchy is blurred, gossiping staff Inappropriate comments and inappropriate means of dealing with such Not a pleasant environment to be every day for work VERY high ego males

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
