Company with No Vision. Lethargic and Pathetic Management!! - Sales SGS Employee Review

1. Not clear about the VISION. Most of the people just want their day to end as soon as possible and there ain't a single passionate person in the whole premises i.e SGS, Gurgaon. 2. When the profit becomes the main center point of a company, it is certainly bound to decline, that's what is happening in this company. Business is not coming, pathetic salary structure and too much pressure on employees. 3. No sales process, no sales training and no strategy when it comes to increasing their market share. Higher Management is just wandering in the fog, they don't know what to do. Their employees are resigning on a daily basis as growth is negligible in this company, like seriously!! 4. Most of my colleagues in SGS are in depressing state because of the pressure by the higher management. 5. Company is run by people and if you don't give a damn about them, they wont also give a damn about you and mark my words, most of the people working for you, doesn't care for you. Just sit in the canteen area and try to listen what people are taking about, you will get to know that most of the people don't care about SGS, not a single praise and not a single admiration. I am ain't kidding!!
