      - Great work environment, people are very easy going and friendly - Good benefits and work/life balance (depends on the department) - Flexible hours - Lot of chances to learn and develop new skills. Great place to start off for people entering into biotech / analytical chemistry / microbiology field.

      - Not a lot of opportunities for growth within the company

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
