      Friendly workmates who understand the pressure everyone is under

      Cons

      Disorganised, with archaic systems that are time consuming and difficult because the money is not spent on improvements. Low pay and pressure to work long hours. No leadership and shambolic management.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
