Pros
Opportunities to perform on a variety of work projects. Some co-workers were friendly. Opportunities to take on as much responsibility as one wanted.
Cons
Highly revenue driven company so quality of work was not always prioritized. Management has little technical knowledge so is unable to properly understand and support workloads of technical personnel. Significant holes in training. Often a single training session was all that was provided before an employee would be left alone to complete tasks, and no one reviewed work to ensure job performed adequately. (Tasks were sometimes performed incorrectly and clients received poor results.)
