      Pros

      The people were friendly and new facility was ok

      Cons

      Low pay as others have mentioned. Managers don't know/care and are ineffective. Lots of ideas but no follow through on the managers part. Also new ideas tend to be frowned upon. To get ahead its all about favouritism. Best advice is to leave when you get the chance.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
