      Good standard practices. Well known large multinational company. Many avenues for advancement.

      Cons

      It's big, so even if your country team is small, you can still feel small and insignificant to the larger company. However, from what I hear, there's a lot of upward advancement opportunities for talented people.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
