      If no experience a good place to get up to speed with experience and then leave... ...

      Cons

      if you are experienced, the company does not give you anything apart from work, they pay below the threshold but if you are good and pushy you will see your salary going up each year...Senior Management is only interested in keeping their job...the company runs on middle management and good people working hard at the base of the piramid

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
