Pros

People are really accommodating and friendly, and they do assist you and walk you through the process you really need. This company is a great stepping stone for fresh graduates and those who wanted to shift industries.

Cons

Too much workload causes longer work hours and burnout, they don't really care about their employee's welfare especially mental health as they don't really believe that mental health exists, and the salary is too low and does not equate to the tasks being given. Basically, they do not care about their employees as they just see you as a number. And yes, there are zero to low chances for you to be promoted (unless you are close to the higher-ups, then yes).

Pros

Plenty of work, decent benefits

Cons

Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
