- extreme turnover leading to tensions in teams (average time for new colleague: ~6months) - no long term vision from the top management, no investment in people, equipment or in facility - team leaders/managers in place are not qualified to lead (were often promoted because they simply stayed) - job descriptions not well defined and always unofficially extended - the salary is way lower than the average in this sector with no hope of evolution - no more benefits than the legal minimum - extra hours not paid
