      Pros

      Managers are easy to work with. Multinational company with good career growth opportunities. Different divisions gives more opportunity to move internally.

      Cons

      Need to focus more on diversity. Lack of system and process. Lack of internal communication and employee activities. Big teams but many employees inefficient and not well paid.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
