Big Organization & diverse segments and training without assigned time to do.
Cons
Employees are not treated with respect nor as per local regulation assigned to various tasks and projects simultaneously, even on holidays. No right to sick leave or to go to medical appointments. Difficult to even to have public and statuary holidays. You have to fight to have your public holidays. Too much aggression and too much thirst for power. All the coordinators and planners want to be bosses, screaming at the auditors. Too many coordinators to scream on the auditors and fewer employees to do the work.
