      Pros

      People are nice and helpful. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      There is no leadership. Many people working in the company have no clue about what they are doing. The company is a complete mess. Hope the new CEO brings a big change in North America. Also turnover rates are very high. I would never recommend this place to anyone to work.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
