      Pros

      -My position had good flexibly of hours -I was exposed to many different pharma and biopharma companies -Large Network of labs -Good quality of service

      Cons

      -Serious lack of leadership in the most senior positions -No strategy for growth -Not willing to invest in equipment or people -Lab network was not organized or connected. Too many silos. -The yearly employee survey was a waste of time. No follow-through on problem areas or suggestions.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
