      if your acquainted with manager you may get better treatment

      Cons

      there no room for growth due to high turnover rates and loudly leads. A trainer is needed for each department not someone who been working there for century because most likely you will be learning things on your own.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
