      Pros

      Flexible work hours and coworkers are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Cannot keep staff if their lives depended on it. Offers limited pay-growth but will work you to your core. Management is messy and will talk about you "behind your back" (while you're in the same room). No bonuses (maybe a $75 taxed Christmas bonus). Good job for starting out to get experience, but they take advantage of new-grads.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
