      Pros

      co-workers are ok~. A lot young people and most young people are nice. there is aways chance for you since high turn over rate. Some elder employees are very friendly.

      Cons

      Do not even think about promotion. Switch Department will be better choice. Be careful what you saying coz it might be reported to the managers.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
