      Terrible management - Off Lease Inspector SGS Employee Review

      Pros

      You work on your own, vacation time and sick says. 401k that's about it.

      Cons

      They have taken away the car allowance only pay.34 per mile!!! Manager's have no idea what the inspector's do on a daily basis. Not one off then have ever inspected a vehicle. Clueless. Key account managers are just the same. You ask them a question and you get the " I will call you back on that" which they never do. They treat inspector's as the enemy.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
