      Pros

      Management is good before. We can properly rest not until a new supervisor managed us. We are treated like a robot. We are loaded with tickets or emails to solve. Feels like our workload doubled but the salary is still the same.

      Great pay. Free weekly lunches for salary. Lots of swag. Volunteer ops.

      Cons

      Chinese are fully taking over. For every quit/term an “intern” is replacing them. They treat associates like slaves.
