Pros

A laptop is supplied to you and their HR is quick to assist you with information to help you.

Cons

There is no structure for the training. The office is small and if you have questions, there really isn't anybody who can help you because others are so caught up into their own work, they feel like they don't have the time to assist. It's a sink or swim situation. If you don't mind working on your own and googling every question you have and don't mind running in circles, go for it.

Pros

Shimento helped me a lot in many aspects. Competitive pay rate they’re offered. Provided the medical insurance. They have good tie ups with excellent attorney firms and address the immigration issues and concerns immediately. Their HR team is awesome and addressed my queries and issues instantly. Bi-Weekly payroll helped me to manage my expenses. Their 401K matching rates also equal to the large tech giants rates. CEO and other management staff available all the time to address our queries and issues.
