Cons

The CEO's unprofessional and unpleasant management style was driven by greed, treating us as mere tools to further his own financial gain. It was a truly distasteful and unacceptable experience, reminiscent of a negative portrayal in a movie. The way he treated us was inhumane and it was hard to work under such unpleasant conditions.

Shimento helped me a lot in many aspects. Competitive pay rate they’re offered. Provided the medical insurance. They have good tie ups with excellent attorney firms and address the immigration issues and concerns immediately. Their HR team is awesome and addressed my queries and issues instantly. Bi-Weekly payroll helped me to manage my expenses. Their 401K matching rates also equal to the large tech giants rates. CEO and other management staff available all the time to address our queries and issues.
