The workplace was fully equipped with the tools needed to maximize productivity, and my colleagues created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

The CEO's management style was causing concern among the staff, as it was a source of stress, anxiety, and pressure rather than motivation. The CEO's tendency to closely monitor and micromanage was a significant factor in this. He seemed to be obsessed with every detail of the employees' work, leaving little room for creativity or independent thought.

Shimento helped me a lot in many aspects. Competitive pay rate they’re offered. Provided the medical insurance. They have good tie ups with excellent attorney firms and address the immigration issues and concerns immediately. Their HR team is awesome and addressed my queries and issues instantly. Bi-Weekly payroll helped me to manage my expenses. Their 401K matching rates also equal to the large tech giants rates. CEO and other management staff available all the time to address our queries and issues.
