Pros

They had a flexible work from home arrangement when I was there a few years ago.

Cons

Mostly cons. Working in the office was disorganized and unprofessional, I imagine working as a contractor is very different. Little to no guidelines are followed, I'm not sure what decisions were based on, they're mostly arbitrary. Expectations aren't always set. Incredibly frustrating environment, and I didn't trust management.

This is by far the worst company I've applied for. They pitch fake job offers only to string you along for months with zero communication from the recruiters. Avoid this company like the plaque.
