I have worked for contract companies consistently since 2006 and this is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of employment with: Management cares about their employees Intelligent Leadership Very little bureaucracy Competitive Salaries Competitive Benefits

Cons

The only con I would cite would be that I feel their tuition reimbursement could be more robust.

This is by far the worst company I've applied for. They pitch fake job offers only to string you along for months with zero communication from the recruiters. Avoid this company like the plaque.
