Willing to hiring anyone at any cost even one is without experience. A company good for stepping stone for your career advancement, but be prepared to move on when you have achieved your objective. Don’t have to think about the company as loyalty doesn’t pay with this company
Cons
A company that has little regards for employee dignity, and does not listen the opinion of employee even they have conducted few surveys. There are political games at senior management and employee get squeeze in between. They will just tell you your service no longer needed out of blue, especially if one is non German doesn’t matter how much you have contributed. There were also communication problems, and strategic decision is changed in short span of time. Unless you are a German, forget about senior positions in this company. If you are of Dutch ancestry, make sure your name is with “Von” instead of “Van”.
