Pros
Currently I am working as Senior Consultant and responsible for multiple projects in Siegwerk. The Leadership Team is very transparent and co operative. You can learn many new skills which you might not have even imagined to do in you Career. Anyone who is looking to explore more than your primary competency , then its a grt place to start where you will work in your skills as well you might a get change to work in cross technologies. Siegwerk provides a global platform for you to launch yourself into a pool of latest technologies and exposure is immense. You just need to have a hunger to learn and they will feed whatever you want. If you are only looking for a job where you wanna work and leave then this might not be a fit for you because we are a GLOBAL TEAM working and acting as product based organisation, you will have full autonomy to invent ,explore and develop new products for Siegwerk.
Cons
I know there are many negative reviews in Glass door but which company does not have it. From my experience i did not find those issue any more in the organisation as they collect feedback and try to correct those issues.
