I have been associated with Siegwerk for almost 2 years now. Since I have joined, I have personally witnessed how much company has focused on the overall development of its employees. It's a Great Place To Work as the management's top priority here is “Employees Well-being”. Siegwerk India is never behind in taking initiatives for the welfare of its employees, which is itself manifested in this COVID situation. The company has taken many great and unique initiatives to safeguard its employees from the coronavirus effects – (to list down a few) 1.) Disbursement of “THANK YOU BONUS” 2.) No salary cut during lockdown period irrespective of the attendance record. 3.) Flexible working hours and Work from Home without any leave or salary cuts. 4.) To and fro transportation arrangement from factory to residence 5.) Company organised free quarantine facility where ever needed 6.) Free canteen facility 7.) Distribution of Multivitamins & Steamers. 8.) Regular medical check-ups The overall efforts are truly appreciable and commendable. Thanks to the Management! This definitely proves that the well-being of all employees is the TOP priority for SW India.

Hard-work really pays off here.. No Place for people who do not want to put their hard work. It's a place for the committed people.
