      • I work with a great group of people • I get to work independently for most of the day but have a lot of support and direction for the big picture of stuff. • Fair amount of learning opportunities • The work itself is fun.

      Cons

      • I don't feel like there is very much room to advance in the company.

      Pros

      Great Engineering team and awesome upper US Management. Really, everyone at the Des Moines plant was great to work with.

      Very hard to get approval for projects if you are not German
