      Cons

      Management does not manage their workers. They do not care about their employees. Unsafe work practices and sometimes hostile work environment.

      Great Engineering team and awesome upper US Management. Really, everyone at the Des Moines plant was great to work with.

      Very hard to get approval for projects if you are not German
