      The people you work with.

      Cons

      If the head of the business unit doesn't like you, you're done for. If you don't get to work before he does and leave after he does, he'll put a negative mark by your name. Don't ever work from home because he doesn't like that either. He'll be nice to your face and then think badly about you behind your back. Your longevity or tenure means NOTHING. They'll cut you at the first opportunity. They try to increase the bottom line by making job cuts and work as thinly as possible. They don't care about people at all. They say they do, they have cookouts, but it doesn't go any deeper than that. Your contributions will not be recognized.

      Great Engineering team and awesome upper US Management. Really, everyone at the Des Moines plant was great to work with.

      Very hard to get approval for projects if you are not German
