Pros

Learn the ATI space for other opportunities outside. Don't plan on career here. just a stepping stone. Be a self starter, expect little support, make it on your own.

Cons

Used by managers to fix blame. Red tape galore, low pay for performance, no raises. Constant re-org. Poor leadership.

Pros

Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

Cons

No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
