I have been worked for different large IT companies in Montreal but I can really see how SITA has a great working environment with a great culture, everybody works as a team, helping each other to get things done SITA also offers: - Good Work/life balance. - Very interesting RRSP contribution. - Good Heath/Dental/Vision Insurance (can be better). - Career mobility/developement encouraged by management.

Cons

IT Managers are not opened to suggestions or to change the useless application for some other who can perform it better and with less impact into the budgets, from the IT perspective Inexistence of local IT Infrastructure with DEV/TEST/PROD environments. - It does not have the transportation card payment benefit. - Salaries are not among the highest in the IT market.

Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

Cons

No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
