Great products, deep portfolio, good money, lots of perks, opportunities for growth, international opportunities, industry leader in aviation system integration.

Cons

People you count on will let you down by not doing their job very well, terrible support of their customers, delivery of projects very painful, senior leadership is inept

Pros

Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

Cons

No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
