Pros

Good diverse company with employees from all cultures/ The benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401K are very good.

Cons

Pay is stagnant, so get a good salary when you start. Very little opportunity for advancement. Most management jobs are filled by external applicants. Pockets of dysfunctional senior management that doesn't understand the business.

Pros

Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

Cons

No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
